Refund and cancellation policyHow do credits work?
Rendering a take spends credits. The amount depends on the mode, model, duration, resolution, and actor count used for that render. Drafting and script iteration do not spend credits, and failed renders return their credits automatically.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Workspace admins can purchase a one time credit pack from Billing without changing the monthly plan. The available packs are shown above and add credits to the workspace balance.
Can I change plans?
Yes. Workspace admins manage subscription changes through Billing, which opens the authenticated Stripe plan management flow.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, access continues until then, and the subscription is not billed again.
