Refund and cancellation policyRendering a take spends credits. Ember is 0.8 credits per second, Forge is 4, and Ruby is 5. Starter’s 2,500 credits are 52 Ember minutes (10 Forge / 8 Ruby); Pro’s 6,900 are 143 / 28 / 23; Max’s 15,000 are 312 / 62 / 50. Other modes quote from the same balance. Drafting and script iteration do not spend credits, and failed renders return their credits automatically.
Workspace admins can purchase a one time credit pack from Billing without changing the monthly plan. The available packs are shown above and add credits to the workspace balance.
Yes. Workspace admins manage subscription changes through Billing, which opens the authenticated Stripe plan management flow.
Yes. Cancel from account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, access continues until then, and the subscription is not billed again.
